The vegetables can be used to cook alkaline, mineral containing soup. An alkaline soup is a recipe that neutralizes the acids secreted from stomach and gives us immediate natural relief.
Soup can be prepared with red potato peelings, beet tops, carrots and celery tops with the flavor of ginger and garlic. All the finely chopped ingredients are required while preparing the soup for maximum extract. Salads garnished with lemon are a healthy acid reflux recipe.
