A Recipe named Lemon Detox Diet
Lemon Detox Diet is the latest trend among celebrities and if you want to try it, just do it since this diet system does not cause much harm to your pocket. The diet cleanses the body and thus weight goes down. The plan uses a natural way of cleansing and decreasing the toxin amount in your body. Nowadays more people are fascinated by the Lemon Detox Diet.

The Lemon Detox Diet is prepared in the manner to reduce tiredness, energy problems, insomnia and toxic content in your body. Scientists found that in our busy life, in the current polluted surroundings, we constantly meet too much stress, mental problems and body fatigue.
How to make it
Lemon, tree syrup and Cayenne Pepper/Ginger are the basic components of this diet system. During the diet, you have to concentrate on the use of the detox drink. The drink includes hot or cold water, tree syrup, newly pressed lemon juice and ginger. It is important to restore your meals by at least six glasses of this drink. In addition to that, you should drink laxative teas too and water consumption must be in the increased level.

1. Natural Tree Syrup
It is fundamentally a “Madal Bal” Tree Syrup. Natural Tree Syrup contains juices of five different trees. They all provide the essential nutrients, vitamins and minerals to the body and are very natural, without anything additional.
2. Cayenne Pepper/Ginger
Another important part of the Lemon detox diet is Cayenne Pepper/Ginger. They assist in rapid working up of the metabolism and due to that effect, the body is cleansed and fat is burned.
3. Lemon Juice
The Third major ingredient of the Lemon detox diet is lemon juice. It assists in washing out the waste and toxins that are present in the body. Also, digestive the system gets adequate rest and the lemon juice is directly absorbed into the blood.
4. Water
It is essential to drink a minimum of eight glasses of water a day. It helps our body to suppress dehydration and thus, the body is detoxicated. Thus, water has a significant role, not only in our diet, but also in routine life.
