5 Low Cholesterol Meals
Lamb tenderloins
There are a few meals that you can make that are low cholesterol meals. You could make lamb tenderloins with peppercorns and rosemary. The tenderloins are really tender and you can get them at your grocery store. Some side dishes that you might want to make with this meal could be mixed greens. Or if you aren’t in the mood for the mixed greens, you could also do some roasted potatoes. They are always great with any meal. You don’t have to get a lot of ingredients for this meal. And its fairly quick to make.
Pork tenderloin
Another great meal that is low cholesterol is pork tenderloin with some shanghai noodles. It takes a little longer but not by too much. There are a few recipes for this dish. You can look it up and put in the sauces that you like and some of the spices and things, if you don’t like one of them you could substitute for another of your choice. This makes for an interesting meal.
Braised Chicken
If you are a chicken lover you will like this meal. You can make the braised chicken with kale and beans. You could choose white beans or something else if you don’t favor them. It doesn’t take that long to prepare and you can put in your own things and look up other recipes to soot it to your taste. A great meal for chicken lovers.
Roasted salmon
If you like salmon, you might love this dish. You can make roasted salmon with a horseradish topping. It doesn’t take that long to prepare and cook and its a great dish for the salmon lover.
Chicken Pasta
Another meal that you might like that is low cholesterol that you can try is chicken pasta with pesto veggie. You might need a food processor or this meal. Otherwise it doesn’t take that long to make and it’s a great low cholesterol meal for you.
Try each of the meals for a week. They are great low cholesterol meals for you and your family. They sound good and tasty and sometimes trying new things are a great way to find out what other foods you like without even knowing.
