At first lift one leg up a few inches from the ground. Keep it that way for few minutes. Now do the same with your other leg.
When you feel blood flow in your veins again then do the improved version of the exercise. Lift both your legs up in the sky as much as you can. Fold them and open them again and again. Do that for few minutes. Relax a bit after that and do the next exercise. Lift both your legs up like the last exercise and then put your hands under your lower back. With your legs up, start cycling action slowly. You will feel blood flowing in your legs again. Another exercise is toe walking that can improve the blood flow. Lift yourself on your toes as much as you can.
Now try to walk slowly. This creates pressure on the back side of your leg muscles. This helps to stretch your veins which normalize the blood flow. Some little more advanced exercises can help a great deal. Stand straight, lift one leg up. Put your hands under the inner thigh muscle. Now stretch your leg straight and then fold from the knees.
