When you start preparing ayurvedic dishes, one must be equipped with certain utensils those are base of the kitchen to prepare different recipies.

• Utensils in general require for kitchen-
• One (at least) soup pot with lid, which should be of stainless steel.
• One small metal pot for melting ghee.
• One heavy cast iron frying pan.
• One chapati skillet,if possible (saucer shaped, without steep sides).
• Tow to three medium-sized pots with lids-stainless steel is best.
• One deep pot for frying preferably cast iron.
• One heavy frying pan with lid.
• Hand egg beater.
• Two to three mixing bowls, measuring cup and spoons.
• Larger metal spoon and soup ladle.
• Blender.
• Rolling pan and cutting board.
