The reason for dark complexion

The most common complexion problem, which happens with time and because of certain other object, is the darkening of skin color. The main reason for this skin’s darkened color is the over-absorption of the natural coloring pigment known as melanin by the top-most dermal layer. Melanin is manufactured in the basal cell layers and dead cells present over the surface absorb the coloring pigments.

A gradual diminution in skin rejuvenation and improper shedding of the skin surface affects its complexion too. The general deterioration of the skin is quite obvious with advancing of the age. The reduced blood circulation, the loss in activities of oil and sweat glands and degeneration of bodily tissues cause dryness and creases onto the skin.

For this, one can make a paste of a pinch of powdered dried turmeric and 1 tablespoon of milk powder in 2 tablespoon natural honey and the juice of ½ a lemon. Apply this paste onto the face and keep it till it gets dried. Rinse the face and feel the difference.

Another way to have complexion mask is taking equal quantities of black and white cumin seeds and blend them, grind them into a thick paste by adding some milk or creams. Application of this paste all across the face is better. After 15 minutes, rinse it off and one should use this mask at least two times in a week for better effect.

Take one lime and cut it into two and then rub ½ of it onto the face softly. Squeeze the ½ in a cup of water and then add some rock salt and consume it. One should go for this for 6-8 wk regularly day-after-day to witness significant improvement.
