Normal skin
There are many types of skin such as oily skin, normal skin, dry skin etc, but normal skin is a perfectly balanced skin. But, undoubtedly, the normal skin is the best skin. It does not look either dry or shiny. It is considered to be smooth and utterly balanced skin. Most of the time, such skin suffers from acnes and pimples and hence, it requires essential care. To care of normal skin, daily cleansing, toning and nourishing is mandatory. One should remove the makeup before going to the bed is the first advice.
Face packs for normal skin said to be very useful keeping skin soft and smooth. Such packs also help increasing and improving blood circulation as well as tauten and cleansing the complete face. They are allowed the skin to breathe more efficiently. Pollution and the daily stress and strain turn the skin duller and exanimate, which shows poor health of a sufferer while glowing and supple skin reflects that a person is healthy. The dull skin needs a lot of time and repair work to get it back to the normalcy. Every person has a different kind of skin.
Few packs for normal skin
Conversely, just some drops of lemon juice in the summer can take care of any extra oiliness. The drops are not only used to cleanse skin but also to keep the skin tautness. Face packs are also good to remove impurity, dead skin cell and waste from the skin.
One can easily prepare face packs at home in just a few minutes. The juices of fresh fruits and vegetables can tone-up and offer natural enzymes, which help balancing and cleansing the skin. For this, smash or pulp the fresh fruits and vegetables, then add some fruits’ pectin, agar agar, clay or oat flour. Mix them well in a way that it does not slide off the face. This face pack has property similar to skin tonic.
A pack must be applied after using a scrubber that opens up the pore because of its scrubbing effect. Hence, it is essential to close down the pores with the help of face pack. One should note down in case of having wrinkled or excessive dry skin – there, removing the mask when it semi-dries is advisable
Homemade Face Packs
Mash up some ripe bananas and add natural honey and form a pulp. Spread onto face and remove with plain water.
Take 4-5 tbsp of oatmeal and then add to grapefruit juice. Mix well and form like a paste and apply onto the face keeping ½ hour.
Take two lettuce leaves and immerse in olive oil. Add some drops of lemon juice on them and then take it and place them on the cheeks, after that cover them using a towel immersed in distilled water. Wipe the face with cotton that is previously soaked in lukewarm milk. Finally, rinse with lukewarm water.
Take half apple (peeled and sliced), 1 egg yolk, little vinegar, 2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp of honey, 1 tbsp of ascorbic acid. Put all these components into blender and grind it well so that it turns to a paste. Apply it onto the face and keep it some minutes. Once becomes dry, rinse with warm water.
Take three strawberries and rosewater. Mash those strawberries and make a pulp. Apply onto the face and leave it for about ½ hour. Rinse it with rosewater. It leaves the skin glorious and bright.
Mix Fullers earth, 1 tbsp of glycerin, 2 tbsp of rosewater, 1 tbsp of tomato juice and make like a mud. Mix all those components with liquid to prepare like a paste and then apply this onto the face and let it become dry. For rinsing the face, milk is best instead of water. It turns the skin refreshing and smooth.
One of the best face packs for normal skin is taking one tsp of fresh milk cream and with equal quantity of orange juice. Apply onto the face and leave it for 15 minutes and then rinse. It makes the skin soft and smooth.
Take 2 tsp of tomato juice and one tsp of lemon juice. Blend them well and apply onto the face for about fifteen minutes. Wash with lukewarm water for better results.
