Why vitamins?

Regardless of whether one is a man or a woman, one should be aware that he or she is getting enough of those essential vitamins that can significantly prevent the hair loss. Contrary to the popular belief, hair loss would affect just as many women as it strikes the men, and should be cured with an ounce of bar before it gets worse. While all vitamins play an essential role in being healthy, they almost all i.e. vitamins, help preventing the hair fall or hair loss. One of the best methods for anyone to help to ensure that the lovely locks remain intact, and on the head, is taking proper amounts of the vitamins for hair fall or hair loss prevention.

The more stressful the life is, the more important it is that one is taking vitamins, eating a balanced though healthy diet and even taking nutritional supplements that can help anyone preventing hair falls.

Many of the vitamins are provided by consuming healthy and good daily multi-vitamin foods and rest of the amounts can be provided supplying supplements. Adjusting the diet would slower down the loss of hairs.

Some of the essential vitamins for hair loss

Vitamin A

It is an essential vitamin that helps in hair loss and also to cure thinning of hair. Though, it is to be sure to not take more than 25,000 IU a day as it might lead to more hair loss or other health ailments.

Vitamin K

Some of the natural healers consider this as an antioxidant vitamin that is quite essential to keep the hair, looking firmer and shinier, and also the scalp nourished.

Vitamin B2

This is also called as riboflavin and deficiencies are linked with an increased production of sebum (oils manufactured by the hair follicles all across the body). Nevertheless, too much riboflavin and increased sebum productions might result in reduced strength of the hair shafts.

Vitamin B3

This is popular as niacin and it can produce a skin flush, which is a comfortless feeing, or hot flash. If anyone decides to take this, he or she should take the minimum and see how the body responds first.

Vitamin B6

This is known as Pyridoxine hydrochloride. There are many researchers that reveal that B6 can help with healthy hair growth.

Vitamin B12/folic acid

Folic acid is popular for its importance in healthy cellular activities, proper cell divisions, and proper hair growths.

Vitamin C

The ascorbic acid, known as Vitamin C can be found in several vegetables and fruits, particularly in citrus fruits. This heals the wounds and also tightens the hair follicles making them strong and not allowing hair falls.

Vitamin E

This essential vitamin is known to help with proper blood circulation within the scalp region. This can be found in various beans as well as some oils.

Biotin

This essential element helps producing keratin and hence might prevent premature graying and hair loss.

Inositol

This is said to keep the hair follicles healthy at the cellular levels. Foods those are rich in inositol include whole grains, yeasts, livers, citrus fruit, egg, rice, and milk. With the addition of inositol, one would have a natural hair growth underneath the scalp that ultimately results in healthier hair.

Saw palmetto

It is a type of fruit that is fabled to help solving problems with baldness and prostate health in the United States and all across the Europe .

Zinc

This is best known to favor hair growth. Hair loss is evident in absence of a substantial amount of zinc in the body. Zinc deficiency not only makes problems with hair fall, but also shows changes of the scalp. The scalp might become very dry or flaky and might often times be irritated due to the lack of nutrients.
