Hair Loss Home Remedies

Although hair is not that vital organ in our body, they are of sufficient cosmetic concern for provoking anxiety in anyone when they start thinning, falling, or simply vanishing. To any woman, a sight of combing or brushing covered with loss of hairs can cause intense nervous strain.

Hairs are formed in minute pockets in the skill known as follicles. An up growth at the base of the follicles, known as a papilla, actually gives birth to hairs when some special group of cells covert amino acids into keratin, a type of protein that the hairs are made up of. The pace of production of these proteins’ 'building blocks' influences the overall hair growth. The average growth pace is approximately 1.2 cm a month, growing fastest on the woman between 15-30 years of age.

Here are some quick tips for hair loss home remedies -

Make a natural hair pack by mixing Indian gooseberry powder with an egg. Apply it onto the hair and allow for about 30 minutes before rinsing.

One can grind lime seeds along with black pepper in equal quantity in little water and apply onto the scalp on regular basis.

Another hair loss home remedy is to place raw mangoes’ pulp in coconut oil for about a year. Massage this medicated oil onto the scalp regularly.

You can also apply a paste of hot olive oil mixed with natural honey, and about one tsp of cinnamon powder before taking shower and leave for 15 minutes.

Apply a mixture of Aloe pulp with Ayurvedic herbal powder called triphala onto the hair regularly. This you should do for a period of 3-6 months. It results in growth of new hairs.

Make a habit of applying juice of coriander leaves onto the scalp for shining hairs and also to prevent hair loss.

For hair loss, try this - boil 1 cup of mustards’ oil with 4 tbsp of Henna leaves. Filter the solution and keep it in bottle. Massage onto the scalp on regular basis.

One should not wash the hair with too hot water since it makes hair to fall. Take care that you should not wash the hair more than twice a week. If you use any hair-shampoo, go for herbal and use milder shampoo. One should not comb the hair backwards and should use good quality combs or brushes. One should avoid excessive combing.

Massage this medicated solution onto the scalp hair - coconut milk or Aloe gel. Keep it for ½ hour, and then wash with lukewarm water. Repeat thrice a week.

One of the oldest hair loss home remedies is massaging the scalp and hair with natural honey and egg yolk. Keep this for about 30 minutes before rinsing.

Simply massaging almond oil onto the scalp twice or thrice a day stops further hair loss and gets you shiner hair.

One can also rinse the hair with a blend of apple cider vinegar and sage tea that assists healthy hair growth

Mix equal quantity of warm castor and almond oils and massage onto the scalp at least once in a week to get shining and strong hair.

One can mix an egg, 3 tbsp of fresh milk powder and 1 tbsp of wheat germ oil. Massaging this onto the scalp and leaving it for about half an hour and then washing with a milder shampoo prevents hair loss.

One of the most trusted home remedies for hair loss include drinking about one tsp of Apple cider vinegar. But one has to remember that such quantity of apple cider vinegar is not to be taken all alone. This is to be taken in concentrated form since vinegar has strong is highly concentrated. For this, take the said quantity of apple cider vinegar and mix it with 1 glassful of plain normal water. Consume this medicated solution during meals. This is to be done for about 2-3 weeks to get maximum results. Apple cider vinegar has properties to keep hair strong and healthy.

For preventing hair loss, one can drink a smoothie of banana honey, yoghurt, and skimmed milk on a regular basis for about 1 month.

Some of the health experts believe that drinking daily a juice of Alfalfa and the leaves of fresh spinach or fresh coriander can make the hair to grow faster and can cut down the hair loss in a significant way.
