For this, take 2 tbsp of fenugreek seeds soaked overnight in plain though fresh water and ground into a fine paste in next morning. This is to be applied all over the scalp and left for about ½ hour. This would be followed by a thorough head bath with soap-nut (aritha) solution or shikakai for washing that dandruff straight out of the hair.
Lime and lemony treats for dandruff menace- extracted juice of a fresh lime in the final rinse while washing the hair makes the hair glossy and free from oiliness while cutting down the dandruff.
Cider vinegar diluted with same amounts of water and dabbed on the scalp along with hair using cotton wool make the trick beating dandruff problems.
