Yes or no?

Almost all the female celebrities have had their names associated with some particular dietary pattern at one point or another. Nevertheless, no matter how much anyone trusts and admire that celebrities do not always stick to their diet and sometimes, they too enjoy junk foods or canned/packed foods! But overall, they stick to the diet and celebrities diet is something that is always looked as an ideal diet to take to remain slim, trim and attractive though you are so clear.

It is not that all the time, celebrities diet work and is always great to learn. Do you remember Oprah Winfrey? She kept on getting the Cabbage Soup Diet for about a decade or so on the TV. This diet switched eating one certain food all the day with having high sodium broth that were made up of cabbage, V8 juice and Lipton's onion soup blend. One day one would eat nothing bananas, and the very next day, nothing but soup and again a day later nothing but meat! The problem with such dietary pattern is that it was fundamentally a calorie deprivation diet that lots of people found difficult to follow. It was also a diet containing extreme amounts of sodium. Oprah, then, later drew back her faith on that diet, but this settled great example of celebrity’s wrong diet!!!

Is it business?
