The skin is not only the powerful shield that protects our body from outside attacks by microorganisms and millions of other factors that have capacity to damage our body but it is also considered to be most important segment in the glamour or beauty industry. The skin reflects your personality and personal hygiene. People, all across the world, spend trillions of dollars a year just to make their skin beautiful and attractive because skin is the only organ that comes right in front of anyone who meet you.

To begin with beauty skin care, we consider normal skin as the standard. However, the skin is of many types such as oily, dry, combination and many more but here are is the beauty skin care for normal skin that is standard.

The normal skin appearance and features

The normal skin features as even tone, soft and smooth texture. There are generally no visible pores or blemishes and no greasy patch or flaky area. Such type of skin features clear, fine-textured, supple and smoothened surfaces those are neither oily nor dry. It glows with an inner health that root from healthy blood circulation and splendid health.

There might be occasional pimples in women just before her periods because of increased hormonal activities that make the sebaceous glands overactive. Pimples are, however, not a big trouble for people having normal skin. Normal skin is always but it requires care if it is to last. Any failure to this can lead to signs of premature aging and creasing.

Beauty Skin Care tips

The only care the skin requires is cleansing it two times a day with milder baby soap or herbal soap and plain water. The skin can also be toned with some mild toner like rosewater.

At night, one should keep the skin's normal moisture- balanced, for this; apply a thin film of homemade moisturiser.

At any time, if the skin becomes little bit oily or slightly dry at any site, correct this unevenness as quick as possible before it becomes big problem.

Follow every cleansing episode, finish that using mild freshener that keeps pores tight and removes traces of cleanser clutching the skin. For this, one can use an astringent having low alcohol levels.

Remember that one should avoid direct heat/sunrays onto the face; including that coming from blowing dryers.

Always go for mild, oil-based moisturisers under makeup that helps retaining surface moisture.

One should protect skin and hair against the drying, aging effects of the sunrays by using cosmetic products such as sunscreen lotions.

Massage the face and/or body with some diluted essential oils in order to keep them smooth and clean. Some of the essential oils used in beauty skin care include chamomile, fennel, geranium, lavender, lemon, patchouli, rose and sandalwood.

Some other beauty skin care tips

Use Neem soap. This Indian herb is said to have great blood cleansing properties. One can bathe with Neem soap as well as consume Neem capsules those are readily available in herbal stores.

Consume lots of green leafy (dark green) vegetables, fresh fruits. Go for raw ones or simply make juices and consume it on daily basis. They contain enough roughage or fibers that cleanse the intestines and so the body. This is because; a person who seeks beauty skin care should not remain constipated at any cost. Such dietary precautions will cleanse the colons and improve the digestion making person constipation-free.

Cleansing, toning and moisturizing are very important. For cleansing, remove any makeup with cleansing lotion or some natural makeup removers. Wash face using mild soap or other cleansers and then pat dry. For toning, apply an acid-containing solution for restoring the pH balance and to make it protective screen. For drier skin, go for some mild freshener-toners and for oily ones, use astringent preparations. For moisturizing, splash on cool water onto the face or simply mist with some spray bottle. Blot, but never dry completely

Include some omega 3 fatty acids in the diet. They enhance the beauty of the skin and they also rejuvenate the overall body systems. Olive oil is also considered to be helpful keeping the beauty of the skin at its highest levels.
