As a general routine, there is not set rule regarding how many times you should shampoo your hair. It just depends on your daily routine and exposure to dust, dirt, sunlight and pollution. The key is to keep your scalp clean but at the same time not over drying it.
Try not to use the products that can irritate the scalp such as hair gels and other such products. Don’t scratch, just massage. Scratching can damage the hair at the roots. It is also advisable to avoid dyeing the hair and use the shampoo that has tea tree oil.
