    2. Set an achievable goal with step by step.
    3. Whatever you eat, you must burn up. Do the math with calories and energy.

    According to me there is no shortcut to weight loss. dieting is by far the worst way to lose weight cause the moment you stop dieting it comes back with a bang, this is so because there is no regimen in dieting and for how long will one control the taste buds.

    The MANTRA for reducing weight is just regular exercise and that too a combination of cardio, weights, abs etc and also a control on one,s eating habits. The idea here is not dieting but diet regulation, small small tips like, avoiding refined flour, sweets. colas, butter etc.

    I believe the best method to lose weight is by leading a disciplined life… Monday morning, wake up early, do some exercise or atleast a warm up, never skip your breakfast, drink a lot of water the whole day, have frequent small meals with an interval in middle two meals, avoid junk food, prefer walking instead of just sitting the whole day, avoid elevators, instead use stair case, try indulging in some activity like badminton or swimming in the evening, have a light dinner and sleep early.     Remove all forms of sugar from your diet, obviously. Fruit is high in naturally occurring sugar. Don’t eat fruit. Stay away from juice. It is not healthy, no matter what the commercials say. Eat an orange or an apple if you really want the fruit because fruit juice is much worse. Have you ever tried to squeeze your own juice? Instead of just getting the sugar from 1 orange or apple or whatever, in a glass of juice, you’re probably getting the sugar from, say 15 oranges. I dare you to try to eat that many in one sitting or even in a whole day. It is the fiber of the orange/apple, whatever fruit you like juiced, not the juice, that is “good” for you. Juice and fruits should be avoided. Once you’ve gotten down to your ideal weight, then eat the fruit but exercise. Plain yogurt and lots of vegetables, salads etc. Don’t use ANY dressing. I don’t understand why people need dressing on their salads, just put lots of vegetables on it and learn to love it. Dressing in any form, vinegar, oil, whatever is unnecessary other than for taste preference. Adjust your preference because there’s no point in eating a salad if you eat dressing. You might as well have not eaten the salad because it undoes any good the lettuce would have done. Eat nuts for protein. Cut out bread, anything w/carbs, (crackers, rice, potatoes, etc) and meat. If you need the bread eat rye or whole grain wheat NO WHITE BREAD. If you really love meat eat fish instead.

    Our 1500 Calories Veg. Diet plan contains the following food group serving amounts:
    Servings from the Fruit Group
    Servings from the Grain Group
    Servings from the Vegetable Group
    Servings from the Dairy Group
    Servings from Beans & Sprout Group

    Food:

    1. Avoid having dinner have a fruit and milk instead.

    2. Eat every two hours in small portion.

    3. Include diary products in Your diet like curd and milk… its a very good source of calcium and very necessary for girls.

    4. Drink lots of water….!!

    5. Avoid sugar, maida, fried food

    Exercise:

    Go for at least an hour-long walk everyday.

    This will help You reduce initial weight.

    Sleep:

    You must sleep at least 8 hours, if You want to have a good skin and reduce weight.

    Skin:

    We want a healthy weight loss. Your skin should remain beautiful without stretch marks and getting loose. Hence, eat healthy and don’t starve.

    must take15 glasses of water a day. plenty of fresh seasonal vegetables & fruits instead of juices or colas since having fibers helps a lot in bowel movement. No to junk food and excess oily foods.use brown bread only and eat wheat flour mixed with gram and soya bean. 30-45 minutes walk early in morning and a bit of yoga as per your tolerence. divide your meals into 6-8 meals . have something light every 2-3 hours. Must have 2 30ml drinks 2-3 times a week to have mood elavation. laugh as much as u can.

    Being an over weight person let me share what i personally do to reduce weight… morning as soon as u get up drink atleast 1 litre of water.. then for breakfast have a glass of oats made from water.. then around some 11 take some two to three marie lite biscuits or mosambi juice… then for lunch take little rice with half boiled vegetables… drink more water to fill ur stomach.. then around 5-6 in the evening take some fresh fruits( papaya is preferred more ).. also try to have any fresh juice along with it… then during night take two or three chapathi with dal or raggi… before going to bed drink some water.. apart from these if possible daily half an hour in morning and evening walking can make you reduce your weight soon..

    -Know your body first- * Is “getting fat” running in your family?
    *Do you over eat?
    -Know your activity -Are you as active as the an athlete or sedentary like a pan shop owner.

    Do you know- There is a custom made balanced diet for every person. Your energy requirements depend on your body size, the work you do etc. A wrestler can’t go on if he exchanges his diet with the post master’s.

    The hotel industry has changed the way we look at food. Today a regular burger can feed an elephant. Well, almost! Check your portions the next time you dine out. You don’t need to finish every morsel. So, what you should do is ask your waiter to put half of your meal into a doggy bag before it even makes to the table. This way you will not be tempted and you will feel full eating less. And you will have something for breakfast too!
